To effectively promote enterprise management, unify enterprise core values, strengthen team cooperation, Guangbo Group gave training to the whole cadres at middle level (including reserve cadres). The whole training consisted of two parts. On November 21st, expert lecturing in Yincheng Hotel. On November 22nd, outward bound training in Beilun Yangsha Mountain.
The training on November 21st with the theme Create enterprise core competence, lectured by professor Liu Jian, who has many years' study experience in leadership. The whole course combined theory with practice, distinguish leadership from administration, explain on how to create excellent leadership efficiency form the three aspects of majesty, strategy and decision. Professor Liu's excellent lecture won everyone's consistent affirmation.
Besidesstrong practicality of training content and closing to the practice, its teaching way is very novel. Randomly divide the cadres at middle level form each department into fifteen groups, eight people in each group, which enhances the communication between workers of different departments. Teacher's lecturing combined with interaction forms like randomly questioning, not only arouse the atmosphere of the whole training, but deepen everyone's impression on the teaching content.
Outward bound training on November 22nd mainly consisted five items, the finish of high altitude challenge items( altitude breaking bridge, aerial horizontal bar, thrown by trust, tangram etc.) not only requires good physical quality of trainers, but requires the cooperation and trust between the trainers. Although the weather condition was not so good, being rainy, it didn't affect everyone's passion. During the whole outward-bound training, six teams of over 70 members all successfully finished the training tasks.
Through this training, vast trainers showed in their future work, through own continuous efforts, strengthen the trust of related deapartments, strengthen communication and cooperation of related deapartments, making contributions for Guangbo's development.
